Impossible? Watch Me...

Impossible? Watch Me...

Ever felt like life is playing some cruel joke on you? Like you're stuck in an endless loop of almost and not-quite while the universe sips its coffee and watches?

We’ve all been there. But here’s the truth, impossible is just a word. And words only have the power we give them.

Think about it, at one point, sending an email from a tiny device in our pockets seemed absurd. Talking to someone across the globe in real-time? Outrageous! And don’t even get me started on online dating, convincing our ancestors that you could swipe right to find your soulmate? They'd be clutching their pearls.

Yet here we are, living in a world where the impossible of yesterday is the norm of today.

History is packed with people who refused to accept limitations.

J.K. Rowling had her manuscript rejected twelve times before Harry Potter became a global phenomenon.

Richard Branson, who struggled with dyslexia, was told he would never succeed in business, yet he built the Virgin empire by thinking differently and refusing to follow the rules. His learning disability became his greatest strength, allowing him to simplify complex ideas and connect with people in a way others couldn't.

Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper for “lacking imagination.”

Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, started her billion-dollar company with just $5,000 in savings, selling fax machines door to door while facing constant rejection. She was told “no” by manufacturers, laughed at by investors, and had zero experience in fashion. But she believed in her idea, and because of that, she rewrote the rules of success.

And so can you...

Now, I know what you’re thinking: “That’s great for them, but my situation is different.”

Sure, your struggles are real. Bills pile up. Confidence wavers. Life throws curveballs when you’re already on the ground. But here’s where you take back your power, you get back up.

Ever seen a toddler learning to walk? They stumble, fall, cry a little, and then, BAM! They’re back at it, wobbling like a mini drunkard but determined as ever.

And you know what? They never think, “Maybe I’m just not meant to walk.” No! They keep trying until one day, they’re sprinting through the house, knocking over everything in their path. That level of persistence? That’s in you too. You just have to remember it.

I saw it firsthand last week when my young son took the worst fall off his bike at extreme speed. My heart stopped as I watched him hit the ground, the sound of his crash echoing in my ears. Bleeding, bruised, and with tears still fresh on his cheeks, he could have given up.

Heck, at that point, I was just grateful all his teeth were still intact! But instead? Thirty minutes later, he was back on that bike, riding like nothing had happened. No hesitation, no excuses, just pure determination.

If a child can push through pain and fear like that, what’s stopping us from getting back up when life knocks us down?

The road to greatness isn’t lined with red carpets and fanfare, my friend. It’s messy, unpredictable, and often downright frustrating. But every setback is a setup for something greater.

Every “no” you hear is just life testing how badly you really want it.

Every obstacle is proof that you’re on the right track because nothing worthwhile comes easy.

So, whatever dream you’ve been shelving, whatever goal you’ve convinced yourself is too hard, pick it back up.

Start before you’re “ready”. Stumble. Laugh at yourself when things go hilariously wrong. Keep going!

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize the impossible was only a mindset you outgrew.

Now go out there and make some magic happen. The world is waiting to see how you make your Mission Absolutely Possible!
