Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@magelysium.co.nz with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Provide Proof: Include photos of the product and any packaging if it is damaged or faulty.
  3. Wait for Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping for Returns

  • If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • If a replacement is requested and approved, it will be dispatched within 5 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
